Have you always wanted to complete a 5K but not known where to start?
Consider this City Group your starting line! First Time 5K is designed for both runners and walkers who want to complete a 5K and feel great doing it.
This 8-week training includes weekly meetings where we will teach and train together, plus work to do on your own during the week. We will run a 5K race together in May! There are morning or evening training, come to whichever suits you. All ages, athletic ability, runners/walkers are welcome.
